Frequently Asked Questions
When do you restock?
I restock as often as I possibly can. I unfortunately do not have the man power to create items quickly so I try to do my best when I have time.
Help! What size should I get?
All of our apparel is unisex and true to size. But I always recommend sizing up one for a baggier/cozier feel if that's what you prefer!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, no. But I am working on getting it set up soon so please look forward to that.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days, not including weekends. But, if you place an order during a major launch/sales, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship.
How can I track my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?
Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
I am not responsible for any incorrect address listed so please make sure to double check your shipping address before placing an order. Usually when its not delivered, the package will be sent back to me and I will contact you through via email.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email hausofhappyness@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
